1. We are seeking an experienced change advisor to work within a large divisional PMO to lead a newly integrated change enablement function make a real difference in NSW public schools.
2. Full-time, ongoing opportunity.
3. Clerk Grade 9/10 - $116,211- $128,061 (plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)
4. Location: Eveleigh. Hybrid working arrangement.

About the role
As a Senior Change Advisor in this newly created role, you will have the unique opportunity to make profound impact and pave the way forward, shaping the organisations change journey on schools within the operations portfolio. You will be empowering change initiatives through a dynamic workstream, collaborating closely with stakeholders for effortless implementation and deliver outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities:
5. Craft meticulous change plans and proactively mitigate risk to ensure seamless delivery of change programs.
6. Drive adoption of change and foster high engagement in service delivery.
7. Simplify processes and improve service levels.
8. Coordinate and communicate with various teams and departments to ensure alignment and minimise disruptions during change implementation.

Essential requirements of the role
9. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
10. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
Key knowledge and experience
11. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s and upholding the and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
12. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in change management activities, including planning, stakeholder engagement and consultation activities, within a large, complex organization-wide environment.
13. Excellent ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to support effective change, including the ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders relating to complex and sensitive matters.
