Part-Time Fleet Coordinator - Trailer Hire - Gladstone/CQ
Empire Trailer Hire is scaling fast (12 locations, 140+ trailers growing to 200+) and needs an experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage maintenance across Central Queensland.
THE ROLE:
* 15 hours/week, flexible schedule
* $35-60/hour depending on experience
* Coordinate maintenance with ~10 contractors (mobile mechanics, panel beaters, sandblasters)
* Inspect trailers, manage compliance, schedule servicing
* Work with Glide app, Monday.com, Excel,
* Based in Gladstone area (or CQ with travel)
YOU NEED:
* Equipment hire industry experience (Coates, Kennards, Flexihire, or similar)
* Fleet maintenance coordination background
* Comfortable working autonomously
* Strong contractor management skills
* Understanding of rental business model (NOT construction/earthmoving fleet management)
