About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Purchasing Administrator. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement Support: Provide timely and accurate support to ensure smooth procurement processes.
* Vendor Management: Manage vendor onboarding, including setting up new vendors in SAP.
* Master Data Maintenance: Ensure up-to-date master data of vendors in SAP.
* Purchase Order Creation: Convert approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, inventory, and accounts teams to achieve goals.
* Administrative Tasks: Manage inboxes, generate reports, and perform various administrative duties.
* Customer Service: Engage with stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
