You will play a vital role in our customer journey and be the first point of contact for guests looking to book that memorable holiday, road trip, or getaway.We have multiple casual positions available offering approximately 25 hours per week, commencing from the 30th of June! In this hybrid position, you will be rostered 1-4 days per month at our Sales Centre office based at our NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort and the rest you will work from home. For your initial 2-week training, you will be required to work Monday to Friday from the Treasure Island based office. We operate a 7-day roster with shifts rostered between 8am- 6pm. Full weekend availability is a must!What You Will BringDemonstrated sales or exceptional customer service skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environmentA motivated and driven individual with a strong customer focusExcellent communication skills - you love a chat and bring 100% positive energy to every callMS Office and strong systems navigation skillsReservations experience utilising property management and booking systems will be favourablePrevious experience with Newbook will be advantageous.Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is highly desirable.We do the training, you bring the personality! We will ensure you have the equipment, training and support that you require to guarantee success.
