Empowering Young Adults in Out-of-Home Care
This role is designed to support young people in developing the skills and knowledge needed to live independently as they transition into adulthood.
* Certification in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention or a willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe
* A current Blue Card holder or a willingness to apply for one within a reasonable period
* A valid driver's license
* Cultural competency would be highly desirable
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized support to young people placed in out-of-home care
2. Connect them with essential services, resources, and opportunities
3. Offer assistance in areas such as housing, education, employment, and health
