Job Title: Service Officer (Payroll)
Location: Goulburn
Ongoing full-time role and Temporary full-time role up to 30 January 2026
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Officer (Payroll) in Goulburn.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* End-to-End processing – Onboarding, Offboarding and Master data changes.
* Providing high-level payroll processing and customer service in compliance with award, taxation, legislative and audit requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a large team environment. Experience in using a payroll system is highly regarded but not a requirement.
