We seek a seasoned professional in Canberra, Australia, to serve as our program representative for cyber operations, platform management & content management services at all supported classifications. This individual will be comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative team environment and possess strong communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide feedback on material acquisitions, records management of program documents, and track document deadlines as required by milestone reviews.
* Assist the US program team in preparing, reviewing, and revising documentation associated with the platform.
* Coordinate the feedback and any findings from local program team related to the platform performance for adjudication to the US program team.
* Coordinate with the US and AUS management team for all building access, logistical support needed for installations and training events.
* Responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and providing expert technical advice in the management of the platform.
* Coordinate with onsite facility staff and US program team for integration of upcoming software release, local facility scheduled maintenance, and other platform downtime events.
* Coordinate technical or logistical support in support of onsite platform training events.
* Monitor and report physical security of the platform and report any issues immediately to the US program team.
* Provide expertise in testing to facilitate coordination and evaluation of operational data to optimize performance of the platform.
* Report health of applications within the platform to the US program operations team.
* Maintain high-level calendar to track and display upcoming program reviews and milestone decisions associated with the platform.
* Assist US program team in development of briefings and presentations at various levels, articulate program vision, and mission.
* Assist the US program team in preparing and reviewing acquisition documentation and independent cost estimates.
* Assist the US program team in development of Operations Standard Operating Procedures and documentation related to the operations of the platform.
* Assist the US program team in establishing and managing external stakeholder relationships and connections to the program team.
* Coordinate with onsite team for physical transfer of training content to and from onsite systems.
* Coordinate visitors' requests required to deliver or update the platform.
* Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise for assigned projects.
* Demonstrate strong oral communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering briefings and updates to senior stakeholders.
* Develop and present clear, professional PowerPoint presentations as part of program communications.
* Apply strategic thinking and foundational project management experience to support platform objectives.
* Assist local personnel as a Subject Matter Expert on tasks such as Local Trusted Agents, Portal Organization Administration, Jira Service Desk (JSD) Agent tasks, and Metabase user roles and deliverables.
* Assist PMO, ISSEs, and ISSOs with Cybersecurity by maintaining knowledge of changes to DoD cybersecurity testing practices, standards, Army Regulations, and cybersecurity T&E policy.
* Provide Tier 3 and 4 support as needed and assist with Tier 1-2 when required.
Requirements
* Active Top Secret security clearance and immediate eligibility for nomination to receive TS/SCI access.
* Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited college/university; industry-standard certifications as specified in the tasks responsibilities.
* 6+ years in IT, Cyber Operations, and/or Engineering
* 3+ years in Program Management
Preferred Qualifications
* Program Management Certification
* Master's Degree in Security Engineering
* Cybersecurity certifications are a plus
