Your opportunity:
- Deliver clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health. Provide clinical and case management support to the older clients of the Wide Bay Mental Health & Specialised Services to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for this complex group. Liaise with all relevant clinical and non- clinical stakeholders within the older persons environment as well as non- clinical support workers in the community to coordinate a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.
- To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Community Mental Health by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $69,772 p.a., comprising salary rates between $ $58.60 p.h. (HP3), remuneration package value up to $69,421 p.a., comprising salary rates between $ $58.30 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6(1)), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)/HP3) (Permanent Part Time, 40 hours p.f.)
