As a Document Controller and Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of documentation across various business units.
Job Overview
This position involves providing document control for existing facilities and new projects, supporting the flow of documentation through drafting groups and plants, maintaining and enhancing the document management software, assisting with vendor engagement, creating and maintaining plant 3D catalogues, preparing document reports monthly, and ensuring version control of internal and external drawings throughout their lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have proficiency in document management software, strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, flexibility with workload, knowledge of regulatory requirements for document control, and strong problem-solving abilities.
