Recruitment Business Partner @ UGL | Telecommunications & Utilities Operations & Maintenance
UGL’s Fuels and Energy East business are seeking applications for a HSE Document Controller position on a full-time casual basis, based at the GLNG site on Curtis Island for approximately two months.
Drawing on your administrative experience you will support the Santos Site Operations Coordinator to review HSSE processes and procedures.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating and publishing documentation
* Maintaining HSEQ Department Document Management
* Provide administrative maintenance of HSE Management Systems, data and intellectual materials
* Collaborating with site personnel, internal and external stakeholders.
* Collate HSE Data
About You
* Experience in an administrative customer service role
* Proficient with MS Office suite in particular Excel
* Proactive can-do attitude
* Excellent relationship building skills
