The Opportunity
Based at our Devonport Head Office, this brand‑new role will be a key part of our payroll team. You will play an important role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services to our staff across multiple sites and states. This is an exciting chance to join an organisation at a time of significant growth, in a role where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be valued from day one.
What You Will Be Doing
- Processing end‑to‑end payroll for a large, multi‑site workforce
- Maintaining payroll systems and employee records
- Managing leave, sick, and overtime data
- Applying relevant awards, agreements, and company policies
- Processing payroll adjustments, terminations, and related documentation
- Preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Responding to payroll queries from staff and managers
- Supporting general payroll administration tasks
What You Will Bring
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of at least Year 11 education
- Previous experience in office administration (payroll experience an advantage)
- Strong computer literacy and accuracy with data entry
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
