About the Role
Diamond C&M Pty Ltd is expanding and looking for skilled Handymen, Painters, Waterproofers, and an experienced Site Supervisor to join our full‑time team in Wollongong. We deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial properties and are seeking reliable, hands‑on professionals who take pride in their work and are passionate about customer satisfaction.
Handyman / Painter / Waterproofer Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of trade tasks such as painting, waterproofing, tiling, cabinetry, roofing, fencing, and general maintenance .
* Respond promptly to service requests and provide effective, practical solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
* Ensure a professional appearance and excellent customer service at all times.
* Work independently or as part of a team to deliver top‑quality results.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant trade(s).
* Strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
* Good knowledge of tools, materials, and safe work practices.
* White Card (construction induction).
* Current Australian driver's licence.
* Own basic tools.
Site Supervisor Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day site operations across multiple projects.
* Coordinate and support the maintenance team to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
* Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
* Conduct inspections and provide technical guidance when needed.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in building maintenance, repairs, or construction supervision.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of multiple trades and site coordination.
* Current driver's licence and White Card.
