Senior Associate - Employment Law
This role offers the chance to work on high-profile and complex projects, collaborating with diverse teams and clients across various geographies. The position is based in one of our offices in Melbourne or Sydney, offering a hybrid work environment.
* Delivering strategic and comprehensive employment law advice to internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of the employment relationship, including conduct, performance, flexibility, and contracts
* Providing expert guidance on wage and entitlement compliance, leveraging cutting-edge data analytics capabilities
* Developing innovative workforce strategies, drafting enterprise agreements, and conducting thorough BOOT analyses
* Advising clients on the employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and workplace change initiatives
* Supporting clients in addressing discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, and whistleblowing matters
To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience in Australian top-tier or mid-tier employment law firms or Big 4 legal practices. A deep understanding of Australian employment law and a commercially astute approach are essential.
