The role & team
We'relooking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives on building strong relationships, shaping commercial thinking, and helping teams make confident, informed decisions.
In this influential role,you'llpartner closely with our Trading team toprovidecommercial insights that guide product launches, promotions, health funddiscountsand retail pricing decisions.
You will lead end ‐ to ‐ end reporting,analysisand interpretation of results, developing a deep understanding of performance drivers toidentifyopportunities, manage risk and recommend actions that support sustainable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative problem ‐ solving, designing bespoke financial models, running scenario analysis, and translating complex data into commercial recommendations that influence strategic direction.
We work in a hybrid environment, and whenyou'rein the office,you'llbe based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne.
