About the Role:
The Assistant Manager will support the Venue Manager in overseeing all aspects of the venue, including team leadership, operational efficiency, stock and cash management, and guest experience. This hands-on position is ideal for a professional who enjoys leading by example, maintaining high standards, and driving team performance in a busy hospitality setting.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
* Excellent customer service focus with the ability to resolve issues professionally
* Knowledge of rostering, cash handling, stock control, and operational compliance
* RSA certification and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
