We’re seeking Attendant Care Workers in Albury to provide support for our clients.

Healthscope Independence Services works to help people living with a disability to get the most out of life. For 28 years, we have offered community and in-house support across several states in Australia, promoting a person-centred approach to support. We are a passionate team who work with people with disabilities to support them to become independent and live the lives they want to live.
What your role will look like
No two days are the same! As an Attendant Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living. Passionate employees experience varied duties; you might provide personal care, help with medication, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you’ll be supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them. We are looking for employees who enjoy a varied workplace and want to grow and build a valuable skillset .
This role offers a variety of shift lengths, ranging from 3 to 10 hours, working 1-1 in the community with one of our clients.
To be successful in this role
* You will demonstrate a passion for working with disabilities, both mental and physical
* Enjoy a challenge and celebrate the little things
* Demonstrate empathy and a caring attitude
* Hold a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate
* Be fully COVID vaccinated
* Have the right to work in Australia
* Relevant qualifications are favourable, but we will train the right candidate in-house
