Make a genuine impact in one of Australia's most unique and culturally rich regions. East Arnhem Regional Council is seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Building Infrastructure in Darwin to lead our building assets, capital works program, and infrastructure maintenance services.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the building and Infrastructure business unit.
* Lead the planning, delivery, and handover of capital works projects.
* Oversee asset management, lifecycle planning, and risk mitigation.
* Manage budgets, reporting, contract compliance, and WHS obligations.
* Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team.
* Build strong relationships with contractors, regulators, and community stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
* Qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, architecture, or related fields.
* Strong experience in building or infrastructure project management and asset management.
* Proven leadership capability and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Contract management experience and excellent communication skills.
* A current C Class manual driver's licence.
Desirable: NT White Card, cross‑cultural capability, and experience working in remote First Nations communities.
