Our vibrant team have the privilege of working with amazing clientele designing ‘one off’ spectacular homes and commercial spaces to suit their lifestyle and needs. You will also be designing for some of Australia’s premier building companies.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Revit Draftsperson at Atria Designs. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings using Revit, collaborating with clients, builders, and consultants ensuring that all designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years building drafting experience in Australia
* Proficiency in Revit software
* Experience in collaborating with clients, builders, and consultants
* Understanding of how to apply relevant Complying development, Council LEP, and DCP requirements
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Sound knowledge of Australian construction methodology
* Knowledge of building codes and NCC requirements
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Full Australian working rights
* Formal Qualifications in Architectural drafting (diploma of higher)
* Drafting experience across all stages of the approval process
* Exceptional technical knowledge and ability in construction detailing
* Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
* Team player
* Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
* Motivated and enthusiastic with great initiative
* Eager to learn with a “Can do” attitude
