We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Career Advancement Specialist, a position that involves delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact in people's lives.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Rehabilitation and experience in customer-facing roles. They will be responsible for managing Employer/Agent/Stakeholder relationships, ensuring growth through exceptional customer service, and supporting high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Represent WorkFocus as their single point of contact for all lines of communication and support for allocated customers
* Explore and understand customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges including cross selling of products and/or services
* Proactively manage portfolio performance in line with customer reporting
* Conduct variety of specific service assessments and/or rehabilitation interventions inline with WorkFocus service delivery requirements
* Identify key employers and relationships and build on workload through exceptional service delivery and customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or other equivalent allied health/work health and safety professions
* Minimum of two years of personal injury insurance experience
* Strong understanding of customer drivers and customer service in work and wellness
* Demonstrated experience in delivering repeat business and/or new business in the personal injury insurance schemes
* Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
