About the Role
Alliance Multicare Services is seeking a reliable and highly organised House Coordinator to oversee the daily organisation, presentation, and operational management of a supported living home.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys maintaining a structured environment while supporting a high standard of care within a disability support setting.

The House Coordinator will work closely with management and in-home staff to ensure the home runs smoothly, remains compliant, and provides a comfortable environment for the resident.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain the overall organisation and presentation of the home.

* Ensure kitchen and pantry items are organised, labelled, and stored appropriately.

* Monitor food expiry dates and maintain cleanliness of kitchen appliances.

* Oversee laundry management including washing, folding, and storing clothing.

* Monitor the cleanliness of the home and report any issues to management.

* Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.

* Ensure front and backyard plants and trees are watered and maintained.

* Monitor household consumables and ensure adequate stock levels.

* Coordinate medication collection from the pharmacy and ensure supply continuity.

* Manage and document appointments on the house whiteboard.

* Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to date.

* Provide daily updates to management regarding the home’s condition, supplies, and any concerns.

* Support onboarding of new in-home staff regarding house systems and expectations.

* Maintain confidentiality and promote a person-centred approach.
