Healthii People is pleased to support one of its existing community service clients who are now seeking an experienced General Manager of Practice Excellence to lead and elevate practice standards across the organisation, ensuring impactful outcomes for children, families, and communities.

* Base salary of $130,000 - $135,000 plus Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and continuous improvement of organisation-wide practice frameworks
* Oversee clinical governance to ensure safe, ethical, and compliant service delivery
* Drive and embed culturally safe practice across all programs
* Build leadership and workforce capability through coaching, development, and reflective practice
* Lead a multidisciplinary team including Cultural Practice Advisors, Senior Practitioners, and L&D professionals
* Partner with Executive and Operational Leaders to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery
* Champion evidence-based and therapeutic approaches across all divisions
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
About You:
You're an experienced and values-driven leader who knows how to influence at all levels and bring people on the journey.
You will bring:
* Proven senior leadership experience within community services, health, or human services
* Degree or Diploma qualified across Social Services / Community Services
* Strong understanding of clinical governance and practice frameworks
* Experience embedding culturally safe and trauma-informed practice
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
* Strategic thinking with the ability to translate into operational outcomes
* Australian Driver's License
* Working with Children Check (Paid QLD Blue card)
* Satisfactory national police check
* Passion for improving service quality and client outcomes
