Warehouse Picker and Packer & Retail Assistant
We're looking for a KickAss team member that can perform a Hybrid role in our Warehouse and Retail Showroom at our newest KickAss location in Forrestdale.
We are looking for a hard-working hands-on team member with both pick and packing experience for our warehouse operations and also the ability and presentation to work in a customer facing environment in our retail showroom offering excellent sales and service advice to our customers.
Having a current forklift license or ability to obtain one is a requirement for this position and will attract the higher pay rate of $***** per hour.
We are looking for a candidate with great availability to work shifts during the span of hours between 7am and 5:30 PM with shifts available from Monday to Sunday depending on work area.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Experience with pick & packing of orders
Stacking products on pallet ready for freight carriers
Counting stock and maintaining inventory
Experience using an RF scanner to pick and pack items
Manual handling of stock (up to 25 kg in weight)
Experience using an electric pallet jack
Unloading of containers both with forklift and hand stacks
Forklift licence (or ability to obtain)
Loading of trucks
Putting away product into locations
Excellent attention to detail
General warehouse duties
Punctuality & reliability
Own transport
Own PPE (steel cap boots)
Be flexible to work in warehouse as required
Provide two recent workplace referees
Retail sales and customer service experience
