Event Planner
This role supports the planning, coordination and delivery of onsite professional learning activities and organisation-wide events.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate logistics for events ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
* Work closely with project stakeholders to achieve objectives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Requirements:
* A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
* Previous experience in event management, hospitality or a related field is required.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills are necessary.
