We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and communication plans.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrated ability in delivering commercial projects of at least $40 million.
* Strong Contract Administration and technical construction knowledge.
* Proven experience managing the entire life cycle of projects from pre-construction, through to handover and post construction activities.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
