Role Summary:
* This position plays a key role in supporting our group insurance clients by assessing their needs and guiding them through available insurance options.
About the Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with senior brokers to assist with the end-to-end management of group insurance programs. This includes onboarding new clients, renewing existing policies, interacting with insurance partners, and timely production of quotes, reports, and policy documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with senior brokers to manage group insurance programs
* Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and team members
* Produce accurate quotes, reports, and policy documentation

* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
