A high-performing Wollongong real estate business is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Sales Administrator to support a leading Director within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
With a strong reputation across the local market and a growing presence in the area, this team is continuing to expand and needs a polished, proactive support person to become the backbone of the operation.
Working directly alongside a successful Director handling prestige properties and high-performing campaigns, this role offers the chance to step into a busy position with genuine long-term growth, strong earning potential, and exposure to the top end of the market.
The Position:
This is a hands-on role supporting the Director across sales administration, campaign management, client communication, and day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the Director’s diary, appointments, and daily workflow
• Coordinating listings, marketing campaigns, and sales administration
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and external suppliers
• Organising photography, floorplans, signboards, and marketing materials
• Preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and auction packs
• Managing exchanges, settlements, and compliance processes
• Maintaining and updating the CRM database (Vault)
• Assisting with open homes, auctions, and campaign preparation
• Delivering a premium customer experience to high-end clientele
• Providing full EA support to keep the business running efficiently

The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in real estate administration, EA, or sales support
• Certificate of Registration required
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
• Motivated, career-driven, and eager to grow within real estate
