We are seeking applications from passionate and experienced human resource specialists for the position of People and Culture Advisor. The role will provide comprehensive human resource and organisation development services to the School to ensure a streamlined, high quality customer experience. The role will require exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to support the School culture and practices aligned to the strategic direction of the School.

* Relevant recent experience in a generalist human resource management and/or organisational development position.
* A sound working knowledge of best practice in human resource management and organisational development.
* Previous experience in managing employee relations matters, including providing advice on the interpretation and compliance with Award and Enterprise Bargaining obligations.
* Previous experience in developing and overseeing contemporary people management and development methodologies and processes.
* Ability to develop effective workplace relationships required to ensure the development of an organisational culture that supports the values and ethos of the School.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop strategic and operational solutions.
* Organised, proactive, and responsive; able to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment.
