Your purpose:
This role is pivotal in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our team's success. You’ll oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR projects, policy compliance, and provide sound people management advice to our leadership team.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, job previews, and onboarding activities
Support line managers with HR guidance and employee relations
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS
Run our Employee Engagement NPS Survey and drive follow-up initiatives
Champion a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
Present updates at team meetings and contribute to culture-building projects
What you bring:
A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in people management roles
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
A calm, composed, and people-first approach
Work with a high-performing, supportive leadership team
Drive meaningful HR initiatives in a growing business
Modern office environment in a central Perth location

Flexible work options:
This is a part-time role (21 hours per week), with flexibility to work either 5 shorter days (e.g. 5 hours/day) or 3 full days — we’re happy to tailor the arrangement to suit the right candidate.
