We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team, working from our Support Services Office in Wayville, South Australia.
This role suits someone who is motivated, eager to learn and holds a positive attitude. Your willingness to learn and attention to detail will allow you to gain exposure to a broad range of human resources functions. Using strong communication skills, you will be responsible for forming strong relationships with project teams, employees and candidates.
Responsibilities Include
* Facilitating end to end candidate onboarding processes, including coordinating medicals, police checks and licences & ticket verifications.
* Provide highly accurate and timely administration to support the HR team, including reporting, records management and maintaining spreadsheets.
* Assist the HR team with providing support to projects and employees, including answering queries, recruitment, performance management and remuneration.
* Assist with ADHOC HR projects.

We Require
* Tertiary Human Resources Qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience in a similar role (highly regarded).
* Ability to competently use Microsoft Office.
