As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our Holiday Parks with the marketing team to deliver seamless campaigns and on-the-ground support.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has a love for making things happen, while tourism experience is a bonus we are definitely open to candidates from all industries who can demonstrate strong detail coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison between park managers and the marketing team maintaining strong relationships and clear communication assisting with onboarding new accommodation products and managing merchandise signage and stock levels coordinating signage photography and design requests with external suppliers ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes supporting marketing operations including website updates collateral distribution and content management across portals and intranet providing administrative support across the team including inbox management event coordination invoicing and gift card enquiries.

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive hands-on approach to teamwork.
* Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
