The Opportunity
Play a pivotal role in keeping UniSC operating at its best. As Campus Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of critical services across all campuses, overseeing cleaning, waste, parking, fleet, transport and mail operations, while inspiring and guiding high‐performing Logistics and Business Support teams.
You will drive the end‐to‐end management of operational service contracts, setting clear performance standards, KPIs and service levels to ensure consistent, high‐quality outcomes across all facilities.
In addition, you will lead the coordination of event support services across the University, building strong, proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless, efficient and professional experiences.

You are an experienced and confident leader with a proven ability to guide multi‐disciplinary teams and foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration and service excellence. You bring strong technical, operational and analytical capability, supported by sound problem‐solving skills and a solid understanding of financial‐management principles. Highly effective in your communication and interpersonal approach, you are skilled at building trusted relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, contractors and suppliers to achieve positive outcomes. You also bring advanced knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety legislation, with demonstrated experience applying this in practice to ensure safe, compliant and well‐managed working environments.
