You'll play a central role in ensuring clients derive maximum value from this AI-powered platform, trusted by over 200 leading organisations including General Motors, L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, Lion, and Unilever.
We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Adoption Manager to join this fast-growing, collaborative team. You'll be the key driver in helping clients adopt and engage with AI-driven solutions that are streamlining internal processes, automating contract creation and saving valuable time and expenses in a range of areas. This role offers career-defining exposure to enterprise clients and innovative AI-driven legal technology.
Duties will include;
* Develop and execute tailored adoption strategies for client accounts.
* Monitor usage metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance engagement.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on product features, best practices, and updates.
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Identify at-risk clients and implement action plans to improve engagement and satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM to track client progress and insights.

To be successful you must come with a proven track record in a Saas Mid Market or Enterprise Customer Success, Implementation or Project Management roles where the focus is customer adoption and supporting detailed onboarding processes
Additionally, a background in Law will be useful not essential.
