Your New Role Based in the brands outlet, this role supports a high-volume, fast-moving store where no two days look the same. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to lead and motivate a passionate team, drive sales, and keep the store running smoothly. A key focus will be managing stock efficiently, maintaining strong visual presentation, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional styling experience every time they visit. What You’ll Get Up To: Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching the team to deliver service and styling that builds customer loyalty Take ownership of back-of-house organisation and ensure effective stock flow and replenishment Step up to manage the store when required, maintaining consistency across all areas Help create a supportive and positive store culture that keeps the team motivated and engaged Experience Checklist Retail leadership experience at Assistant Store Manager or Senior Supervisor level Background in fashion or apparel retail, ideally in a high-volume or outlet environment Comfortable managing large volumes of stock and working in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and organisation skills with a hands-on approach Passion for customer experience, team development and genuine connection This role suits an energetic, adaptable and organised leader who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being across both the shop floor and stockroom.
