Fraser Coast & Sunshine Coast, QLD

Full-time | Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a well-established and respected developer–builder group with a strong pipeline of work across the Fraser Coast and Sunshine Coast.

The Walter Iezzi Property Group and Walter Iezzi Building Group have been delivering high-quality development and construction projects for over 30 years. Known for our hands-on leadership, strong project outcomes, and collaborative culture, we are seeking a commercially astute professional to play a key role in one of the region's most significant multi-residential developments.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take a senior, hands-on role in the delivery of a 7-storey multi-residential project on the Fraser Coast — a landmark development setting a new benchmark for the region.

This role is central to the commercial, contractual, and financial success of the project. Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will manage all aspects of head contract and subcontract administration, cost control, progress claims, variations, forecasting, and risk management.

While the project is based on the Fraser Coast, occasional travel to our Sunshine Coast head office will be required.

This is a rare opportunity to be involved in a high-quality project from early delivery through to completion, with genuine autonomy, responsibility, and influence.

· Evaluate tenders and provide recommendations

· Coordinate subcontractor appointments and statutory compliance

· Manage subcontractor performance, variations, and finalisation of accounts

Project & Team Collaboration

· Liaise closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

· Support the Project Manager in program delivery and risk mitigation

· Contribute to site meetings, coordination, and reporting

· Maintain strong, professional relationships across all stakeholders

Governance, Safety & Quality

· Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC, and regulatory requirements

· Support implementation of safety, environmental, and quality systems

· Assist with inspections, handover documentation, and project close-out

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

· Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator
