We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Service Manager to lead our sales and service team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging store environment that inspires our customers to make purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and personally deliver on our service principles to engage with customers, drive sales, and build a loyal customer base.
* Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
* Be visibly present on the selling floor, leading by example and inspiring the team to create warm connections.
* Work collaboratively with the store teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Look for opportunities for improvement whilst being commercially aware.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong coaching skills, including experience leading teams and empowering others to achieve results.
* A demonstrated passion for retail and a desire to provide great customer service.
* A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to provide innovation and effective customer solutions.
* A proven ability to motivate and lead teams and inspire an in-store experience.
* Relevant merchandising and selling skills and key product awareness.
* Strong written, listening and spoken communication skills.
