From our manufacturing base in Balcatta, we design and install German‐engineered products across Perth, Bunbury and Margaret River, with showrooms in both Perth and the South West. The Opportunity

This is a role with genuine scope and growth built in. At its core, this is a client‐facing coordination role: you'll be the first voice and face of Premier Windows & Doors, managing inbound calls, emails and showroom visitors, while keeping the operational wheels turning behind the scenes. You'll be organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about delivering an outstanding experience for every person you deal with. But there's more on offer for the right person. For a candidate who demonstrates strong capability and cultural alignment, this role can evolve to include a broader Management Module adding HR support, fleet and mobile management, facilities coordination, credit control and direct support to the CEO. We're open to appointing at either level depending on who walks through the door.

What You'll Do Front‐Line Client Services
* Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls, emails and showroom walk‐ins, handling each with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.
* Monitor enquiry inboxes and coordinate follow‐through across the team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
* Meet and greet visitors to our Balcatta showroom, representing the Premier brand with pride.
Operational Support
* Log and monitor after‐sales service and warranty requests in our service platform, keeping clients informed and matters moving.
* Support the scheduling team with proactive client outreach and field‐service accommodation bookings.
* Manage office supplies, maintain the meeting room and showroom presentation, and liaise with cleaning contractors.
* Coordinate facilities and non‐manufacturing equipment maintenance requests.
* Cross‐train with the Scheduling & Service Manager to provide reciprocal leave and demand cover.
Management Module — For the Right Candidate
* HR administration: new employee onboarding and off‐boarding, HR system monitoring, and first point of contact for employee queries.
* WHS compliance monitoring and liaison with the company's WHS Advisor.
* Fleet and mobile communications management — service schedules, fuel cards, device provisioning and asset registers.
* IT services liaison for equipment and user account management.
* Weekly client service delivery reporting to the CEO.
* Credit control: following up on upcoming and overdue payments.
* Premier Pulse: planning and coordinating team social events to drive a positive, inclusive culture.
* Direct project support to the CEO as required.
What You'll Bring
* A warm, professional manner and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you're confident, clear and always professional.
* Exceptional organisational ability, managing multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping anything.
* Strong attention to detail and efficient, reliable follow‐through.
* Good computer and systems literacy; you pick up new platforms quickly and work with them accurately.
* A positive, solutions‐focused attitude and the composure to handle difficult enquiries calmly.
* A proactive, self‐motivated approach; you don't wait to be told, you see what needs doing and do it.
* High level of discretion and professionalism at all times.
* For candidates seeking the management module: some leadership or supervisory experience, and the confidence to take on broader operational responsibilities.
* Experience in a similar client‐facing coordination or administration role is valued; windows, doors or residential construction experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
