About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, training and developing team members, and creating a pleasant work environment.
You will oversee daily store operations, motivate the team to meet sales objectives by providing guidance and support, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitor inventory levels and ordering new items.
In addition, you will hire, train, develop, and supervise staff, maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards, and drive customer service excellence throughout the store.
