Our company is a family-owned business producing high-quality honey and related products. We are passionate about sustainable beekeeping, natural products, and exceptional customer service.
The Role
This role involves being the face of our brand welcoming customers, sharing knowledge of our honey and products, and providing an outstanding customer experience. You will work approximately 4 shifts per week, generally 9am–5pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with product selection and purchases
* Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/eftpos transactions
* Maintain store presentation, stock displays, and cleanliness
* Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
* Provide tastings and product information to educate customers
About You
* Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
* Strong communication and people skills are essential
* You must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about honey and beekeeping are key qualities
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating basis is required
