Your day will include :
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Attending and scheduling routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades
* Assisting with lease renewals, rent reviews, and documentation
What we're looking for :
* Some real estate experience — either leasing or admin
* Certificate of Registration (COR) is essential
* A genuine interest in growing within Property Management
* A great attitude, solid communication, and attention to detail
