Green Light Australia are partnering up with a leading company to engage a Security Business Analyst with identity access project experience to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with cybersecurity and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
* Create, document complex business processes, process maps, future state workflows, as is and to be documentation.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit requirements and identify gaps.
* Data analysis
* Ability to clearly communicate complex information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
* Able to incorporate UX artefacts including: user research, personas and user journey mapping
To be shortlisted you require the following experience:
* Extensive experience as a Security Business Analyst for large complex environments
* Must hold a current or valid NV1 Security clearance or higher.
* Experience with Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) in hybrid cloud environments.
* Knowledge of MFA and Zero Trust authentication.
* Experience and strong familiarity with modern authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
* Experience with B2B/B2C identity federation, especially Microsoft Entra ID (highly desirable).
* Proven experience documenting and analysing complex business processes.
* Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
