The Role
Are you a seasoned PowerApps specialist with deep expertise in solution architecture, application development, and Microsoft Copilot integration? We're looking for a Senior PowerApps SME to join our team and take a leading role in designing, building, and guiding modern Power Platform solutions that deliver real business value for our clients.
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders, lead client conversations, and shape the strategic vision for low-code innovation across the organisation.
Please note that this role is based in Perth, WA and cannot be performed remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain complex PowerApps solutions (Model‐Driven, Canvas, Custom Pages).
* Architect end‐to‐end Power Platform solutions, including integrations with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure, and third‐party systems.
* Leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities to enhance app design, automation, and user experiences.
* Engage directly with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Provide expert guidance on Power Platform governance, ALM, and best practices.
* Build and optimise Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
* Lead technical discussions and solution workshops with internal teams and external clients.
* Ensure solutions follow organisational security, compliance, and data management standards.
* Mentor junior developers and champion Power Platform adoption across the business.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex system and integration issues.
Skills & Experience Required
* 5+ years' experience developing PowerApps solutions, ideally in a senior or SME capacity.
* Strong architecture background across Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and generative AI features within the Power Platform.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills.
* Solid understanding of Power Platform governance, environment strategy, and ALM pipelines.
* Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing apps and integrations.
