Associate (2–4 PQE) – Marine, Aviation, Transport & Property

Kennedys is looking for a talented Associate (2–4 PQE) to join our growing national practice, working closely with Partners, Peter Craney and Jonathan Wyatt, across our Marine, Aviation & Transport and Property lines.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised insurance and disputes firm, working on complex, high-value matters for leading insurers, corporates and industry participants.
The Opportunity
You will work directly with Peter and Jonathan on a diverse and technically engaging practice spanning:
* Marine and Transport – including cargo, logistics, supply chain disputes, and maritime-related claims
* Aviation – acting for insurers and industry stakeholders on coverage, liability and incident response matters
* Property – complex coverage and liability claims, often arising from large-scale loss events
The work is varied, fast-paced and often international in scope, offering exposure to cross-border matters and collaboration with colleagues across Kennedys' global network.

About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who:
* Has 2–4 years' PQE in insurance litigation, disputes, or a related field
* Has exposure to or a strong interest in marine, aviation, transport or property lines
* Is commercially minded, detail-oriented and confident managing competing priorities
* Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, high-performing national team
