Real Estate Sales Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized sales representative to join our team in the real estate industry.
* Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
* Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
* Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company's values and integrity
* Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
* Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
Qualifications
* A valid Real Estate License is required
* Motivation, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential
* The ability to be dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken is also necessary
* You should be a natural organizer, with excellent time management skills
* Drive for success in sales and personal growth is expected
* A strong phone presence and ability to make sales is crucial
