Work Location: FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.
Rosters available: 7D7N7R, 7D7N14R or 8D6R7N7R, depending on site and department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Breakdown and preventative maintenance on OPF (ore processing facility) assets
* Daily inspections, repairs and maintenance of fixed plant equipment
* Diagnostics and fault finding
* Scoping continuous improvement opportunities
* Raising notifications and work orders
* Modular and shutdown maintenance
* Statutory testing and inspections
* Understanding of AS3000, Work Health Regulations and Acts
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Current WA 'A' class electrical workers licence
* Previous electrical experience maintaining fixed plant in a mining environment
* Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Variable Speed Drives
* Competent understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems
