About the Role
As Associate Nurse Unit Manager Mental Health, you'll lead care on the floor while backing your NUM. You'll build a strong team culture, support recovery focused care and keep the unit running smoothly.
• Lead daily clinical practice
• Support staff growth and guidance
• Coordinate staffing rosters and leave
• Drive quality care and improvement
About You
You're a confident mental health nurse who leads with care, clarity and purpose. You enjoy supporting others, managing change and delivering safe, recovery focused care.
• Registered Nurse with NMBA and current practising certificate
• Mental health nursing qualification at graduate diploma level
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily clinical work
• Strong communicator who supports staff growth and change
• Skilled in complex mental health care and recovery practice
