Job Opportunity: Rental Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Rental Sales Coordinator to join our team in Wingfield, SA. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop quotes for the supply of equipment to meet customer requirements
* Manage customer sales enquiries efficiently and effectively
* Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire to ensure seamless operations
* Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
* Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements accurately and on time
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service skills, enabling strong relationships with customers
* Strong organisation, prioritisation and administrative skills to manage competing objectives
* Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, be flexible and adapt to changing situations
* Sound computer and system skills to efficiently complete tasks
* Previous experience in an administrative, rental, sales or service role is highly desirable
