Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills. This role is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop computing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to end-users
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Ensure the smooth operation of desktop computing environments
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in Level 2/3 desktop support
* Windows 10 or 11 Admin troubleshooting experience
* Intune, cloud, and thick build machines
* PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals knowledge
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM
Preferred Qualifications:
* PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
* CompTIA A+ Certification
* Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
* Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
