We are looking for a Training Coordinator in the Human Resources department.
This is a new role focused on the design and coordination of learning initiatives for the workforce.
This is a Monday to Friday position based at our facility in Kyneton.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and managers to understand challenges and opportunities that deliver solutions to drive a high-performance culture.
- Support a culture of performance and accountability by collaborating with supervisors and managers on performance and development of employees, providing support, guidance, and direction to employees seeking HR support or escalation to the Manager where required.
- Support the implementation of proactive training strategies and solutions across the business.
About you
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment or similar.
- 2+ years as HR Coordinator or administration experience.
- Track record in influencing and driving change.
- Able to demonstrate excellent judgement, drive, and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Proven collaborative, customer-focused approach that develops practical solutions.
- Knowledge of WorkCover and RTW processes.
