Job Title: Store Development Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee the fit-out of new and refurbished stores to approved plans, budget, and scope. They will develop detailed project plans, coordinate with store operations teams, drive value-engineering initiatives, and manage risks, issues, and timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Extensive experience in client-side project management of retail construction and refurbishments
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, or Architecture
* Strong knowledge of building codes and environmental planning regulations
* Demonstrated ability to lead diverse project teams and collaborate effectively
