* Content Development: Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, EDMs and mobile apps.
* Analytics and Measurement: Utilise data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies and adjust accordingly.
* Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives to inspire connection with our cause and values.
* Content Oversight: Plan, develop and implement all communications content, campaigns, PR and media initiatives.
* Digital Platform Management: Ensure high-quality content and brand alignment across all digital engagement platforms.
* Innovation and Best Practices: Identify and implement innovative communication, PR and marketing initiatives to deliver outcomes effectively.
* Team Leadership: Lead the Communications team, providing technical support, best practice advice and process improvements.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
* Brand Management: Ensure consistent vision, values and identity positioning.
* Operational and Strategic Decision-Making: Make key operational decisions, manage plans and budgets and support senior leadership in developing strategic direction.
Requirements:
* 10+ years experience in strategic communications, marketing and brand initiatives with a strong digital focus.
* Proven track record of leading a marketing and communications team.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and creative skills.
* Proficient in social media management, trends and innovations.
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
* Experience in stakeholder and agency management.
* Proficient in digital platforms (social media, Canva, websites, CMS, CRMs, apps).
* Continuous improvement mindset and experience in communications system improvement.
* Strong brand management experience.
